- Emotion (track your orders)
Emotion is the system that we use to allow customers to keep track of their orders online. You will be able to view your Open Orders, Order History, your Items, your Customer Service Representatives and a few Reports. The information on Emotion is updated every few hours, and the time of the most recent update is shown in the bottom left corner once logged on.
Orders
From the orders section you can view your orders, sorted by open orders, order history, or both (by using the Order Status radio buttons at the bottom). You may also click the column headers to sort items numerically/alphabetically.
Items
You may view the items (and item details) that you have set up with us in this section, as well as request quotes for new items.
Reports
There are a few reports listed in this section that will open in a new window when you click them. Reports are very basic in format as to remain printer friendly.
Tip: If you are viewing the reports through a web browser remember you can use <CTRL> + F to search the document. All fields have a space character before and after the data to allow for easier searching, for example; to find orders with no products on hand, you can search for "<space>0<space>".
